When Burroughs & Chapin acquired Barefoot Landing in 2013, it had a vision of transforming the destination into one where its location along the Intracoastal Waterway would become its center of gravity. This was a bold and far-reaching concept that would require road relocations, major architectural innovations, re-imagined storefronts incorporating design elements inspired by great coastal towns along the eastern seaboard, exciting new tenants and the creation of a walkable restaurant district known as Dockside Village anchored by LuLu’s – a Lucy Buffett restaurant/entertainment concept.

To capture the new Barefoot Landing brand story, LHWH shot new photography, produced a new TV spot, designed a new logo, developed a new outdoor advertising campaign, created onsite signage telling the “Excitement is Building” story and worked closely with our client to leverage and integrate all of these new creative assets.
