Lei Gainer

Lei came to Myrtle Beach from Washington, D.C., bringing with her 18 years of experience in communications, government relations, strategic planning, and marketing. She joined LHWH in 1990 as its PR Director and helped build an accomplished public relations practice. Under Lei’s leadership, the public relations team developed and executed strategic campaigns that successfully launched new golf companies; secured prestigious awards for golf courses; introduced and helped sell out real estate communities; built awareness of new medical facilities and treatments; and increased ticket sales at entertainment venues.

An avid golfer, Lei is also a freelance golf writer whose articles have appeared in national and regional publications. She is a member of the Golf Writer’s Association of America and the South Carolina Panel of Golf Course Raters.
